General Conditions for Returns & Exchanges in UAE

Subject to meeting the conditions set out in this Returns and Exchanges section, you may return or exchange delivered items to us up to 7 days after the delivery of your Order (excluding, where applicable, any taxes, import duties or original shipping charges incurred.)

In order to qualify for a return/exchange, all items must be returned to us within 7 days of Order receipt with the following conditions:

  • Items must be unaltered, unused and in full sellable condition (or the condition in which they were received from us). 
  • Items must be in their original packaging/box and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached.
  • The return must be accompanied by the original Order confirmation.

Exchange Process in UAE

Our Customer Care team will be happy to assist you with your exchange, you may contact us daily from 10am to 10pm at +971 529 343 687 by phone/Whatsapp, or email info@alitapleat.com.

- Collection will be 2-3 days after confirmation of the exchange with Customer Care team.

- Prepare the item(s) in its original packing & Alita Pleat Bag.

- Our courier will collect the original item and deliver the item you wanted in exchange, at the same time. 

 

Return Process in UAE

1. Kindly contact our Customer Care team at +971 52 617 6968 by phone/Whatsapp, or email info@alitapleat.com with your return request. Our operation hours are from 10am to 10pm daily.

2. At pick-up, provide the item(s) in its original packing & Alita Pleat Bag.

3. Your request will be processed within 5 business days.

4. Approved items will be refunded by your bank in 10-15 business days.

5. Cash on delivery will be refunded as store credit in 24 hours.

6. Unapproved items will be sent back.

 

Refund Process in UAE

Refunds will only be processed after completing the Return Process and the items returned have been approved. After approval, we will issue a refund of the full face value of undamaged items duly returned (excluding, where applicable, any taxes, import duties or original shipping charges incurred.)

Your refund will be processed via the following methods:

  • Credit Card payments are refunded back to the card used in the purchase.
  • Cash on Delivery payments are refunded as store credit.
  • If you choose to pay with multiple payment methods, the store credit amount used will be prioritised and refunded in full, before the remainder of the payment gets refunded via the other payment method used. The refund will be processed in the following order: (i) The full store credit amount used will be credited back to your account, (ii) The remaining amount will be refunded via your other payment method.

    Damaged Goods & Incorrectly-Fulfilled Orders

    If you receive an item that is damaged or not the product you ordered, please contact our Customer Care team. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it in within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund. Where applicable, the refund will include the original Order delivery charges, cash-handling fees, taxes and any duties. Replacements may be available depending on stock.

     

    We reserve the right to monitor returns/exchanges and to refuse Orders from customers with excessive returns levels. However nothing in this Returns section is intended to affect any consumer rights that you may have under UAE law.
